Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Branch Manager at Fincare Small Finance Bank. As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operation and performance of our branch, ensuring exceptional customer services, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team management: Lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their potential. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, motivation, and high performance.
- Operation Management: Oversee daily branch Operations, ensuring efficient processes, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and compliance with bank policies. Monitor transactional activities, cash management, and branch security to maintain a safe and secure environment for both staff and customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service to meet their banking needs. Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling bank products and services, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Development: Drive business growth by implementing effective marketing and sales strategies, promoting the bank’s products and services within the branch’s target market. Identify and explore new business opportunities, collaborate with the marketing team, and actively participate in community engagement initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor branch performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
Who can apply?
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA Preferred).
- Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role within the banking industry.
- Sound knowledge of banking operations, products, and services.
