Create personalization. If there is a single revelation consumers have had during the pandemic, it is the ability of organizations across a wide spectrum of industries, to personalize digital engagement. Consumers
expect you to know them, understand them, and to provide relevant offers and recommendations in real-time, based on their previous and potential actions.
