Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager at Fincare Small Finance Bank. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role especially in gold loan business performance of our branch, ensuring exceptional customer services, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake local BTL marketing activities to generate fresh gold loan leads.
- Enroll and activate business connectors for gold loan business.
- Tele-calling / follow up on leads given by Central call center and corporate office.
- Coordinate with customers. Explain and suggest need based product to customer.
- Coordinate with branch operation team for processing loan within stipulated TAT.
- Follow up with delinquent customer for collection.
Who can apply?
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Prior experience in gold loan Sales or Willing to work for gold loan sales profiles.
- Willingness to work in financial institutions like NBFC & Bank.
- Good understanding of documentation requirement.
- Understanding of BTL Marketing.
