What is Fincare gold loan?

Ans: Loan that is sanctioned on accepting the gold ornaments or jewelry as a pledge. We have minimum documentation formalities with a lower rate of interest in comparison to other NBFCs and Banks. Please note that this should not be confused with loan given for purchasing gold.

What is the Per gram rate of gold offered?

Ans: Per gram of gold rate varies daily. Please contact call center for per gram rate.

What is the maximum Percentage of Loan Value that you offer on my jewellry?

Ans: We offer the highest Loan to Value of 75% of the valuation amount.

What is the rate of interest offered by you?

Ans: We Offer products starting from an attractive rate of interest at 14 % p.a upto 23.% p.a depending on loan amount and loan to value %

What is the tenure of gold loan that your company offers?

Ans: Bullet & Monthly product with tenure of 12 months. Principal and the interest are payable at the end of the tenure in case of Bullet Product. Whereas, monthly interest is payable on due date and the principal at the end of the tenure in case of Monthly Product.

Where do I need to go to avail a Gold Loan?

Ans: You will need to walk in on Bank Working Days between 10 AM – 5 PM to any of our branches. We have branches in different states namely Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Telangana, Rajasthan, Pondicherry, Haryana, NCT of Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Punjab, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Goa and Uttarakhand.

Do you have any Pre-closure Charges?

Ans: We charge up to Rs 500 /- if loans are being closed within 31 days from the date of disbursement.

What is the Loan Amount Range offered?

Ans: Starting from ₹ 10,000 to ₹ 40,00,000

What are the documents required for the loan?

Ans: Any proof of Identity and Proof of address is required to take Loan against Gold from Fincare

Do you give Cash for the loan that I want to avail?

Ans: Yes, instant cash up to ₹ 2 lakhs can be taken in Loan against Gold. For any amount higher than ₹ 2 lakhs, instant transfer is done to customer’s account

Do you accept Gold Coins as a pledge?

Ans: As per RBI regulations, we accept up to 50 grams of Gold Coins issued by Other Banks

What if I avail the loan today and want to repay it back tomorrow itself? Is there a minimum period of holding?

Ans: No there is no minimum period of keeping the loan..

Is any valuation charge taken from customer?

Ans: We do not charge from customer for valuation of gold done.

Can I pay the Interest Payment via Online?

Ans: Yes. Monthly Interest products payable interest can be made via BBPS.
